The Wright Village is seeking applicants for the following:

Wright Village Ambassadors! 

​The Wright Village is looking for 5 motivated individuals to represent our co-incubator space! If you are an entrepreneur, small business owner, student, photographer, podcaster, creator, or influencer our space is for you!

​Brand Ambassadors will receive 3 months FREE of a Communal Space Membership!  That includes access to all our amenities, 4 hours in our Conference Rooms or 4 hours in our Media Rooms (podcast and photography), printing, and 2 monthly guest passes! 

​Brand Ambassadors are asked to have knowledge of the space, attend 1 networking event/mo, work the front desk 2- 4 hour shifts per month, interact with our social media pages, and post us on your social media! 

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis

General Expectations of Interns:

  • Attitude – We have “playground rules”, like being considerate, to which all interns must adhere. In addition, we want you to approach your internship with integrity, leadership, and a can-do attitude.

  • Laptop – Everyone at The Wright Village uses their own computers, so you’ll need to bring a laptop you can use for your work. We’ll give you access to our network, software, and the needed files.

  • Prerequisite Skills – You must have basic computer skills and good communication skills, be able to work independently (once given direction), and effectively manage your time to complete tasks.

  • Work schedule – We’ll work with you to agree on a work schedule up front, then expect you to adhere to that schedule. Timely arrival for work is essential, as is completing the full internship term.

Marketing Intern

About this internship:

This person will assist with diverse marketing activities, such as social media management, event planning, and partnership outreach. They will also contribute to creating marketing materials, conducting industry research, and providing excellent customer service by giving tours and addressing inquiries. This role is suited for individuals with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.

Marketing Content Creator

About this internship:

The person in this role will be responsible for creating content used to market The Wright Village to the public. This will include writing short blog posts and newsletter content and, to a lesser extent, creating social media posts and ads.

To be successful, you’ll need a solid understanding of The Wright Village and our target audience, so your first week will be spent becoming familiar with The Wright Village branding and communication style to write in our “voice”, and how to use the tools you’ll need. You’ll then start generating content that, after being reviewed and edited, will be published. You’ll get direct feedback on all your work so you can perfect it over time.

P/T Assistant Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Part-Time Assistant Events Coordinator for 15-20hrs/month to support the planning, execution, and rental management of event spaces at The Wright Village. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various aspects of events, from logistics and vendor coordination to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up, while also managing event space rentals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our community.

Resale Boutique Associate

Job Summary:

The Part-Time Sales Associate at The Village Resale plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sustainable fashion. Responsibilities include providing personalized assistance to customers, driving sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques, managing online resale platforms and social media presence, coordinating in-store events, maintaining a visually appealing sales environment, and supporting inventory management. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the store's mission of empowering underserved entrepreneurs through a portion of sales proceeds. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to redefining style with purpose while making a positive impact on the community and the environment.
