JaLisha is the Director of Micro-Lending & Triangle Market Manager, Central North Carolina with Partner Community Capital, a local small business lender serving Central Appalachia & the Southeast. She leads PCAP efforts to support entrepreneurs seeking less than $100k by combining her experience in building equitable solutions to public problems and her passion for sustainable small business.

JaLisha is a Durham native and enjoys filling unclaimed time with traveling, pretending to exercise on social media, and binge-watching TV with partner, Garrett, and their daughter, Ja'ila.

Originally from Louisiana, she now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, where the beaches and the mountains are just a two hour ride away, and she gets to enjoy the outdoors.
